Originally from St. Clairsville, Ohio, Kyle Foose brings a unique blend of creativity, passion, and deep industry experience to the AMP team. A 2009 graduate of “THE” Ohio State University, Kyle earned his Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Painting and Drawing. His artistic background continues to inform his attention to detail and drive for excellence in the automotive world.

Kyle’s journey in the auto industry began at just 14 years old, detailing cars at his father’s dealership. That early exposure laid the foundation for a career fueled by hands-on experience and a genuine love for cars. After working in various roles throughout college and beyond, Kyle officially joined AMP in 2013, where he’s been an integral part of the company’s growth and commitment to quality ever since.

Kyle’s first car—a 2001 Monte Carlo SS—remains a symbol of his lifelong dedication to vehicles. His meticulous care for it became legendary in the shop, with coworkers joking that he might wax the paint right off.

Outside the shop, Kyle is a self-proclaimed hopeless heavy metal enthusiast—an obsession he admits may be responsible for the end of any possible long-term relationships. He also has a love for horror films and continues to pursue his passion for visual art through drawing, illustration, and the occasional painting.

An Ohioan for the past 13 years by way of Chicago, Ryan Kane has been with the company since its inception. He took a chance on a new career alongside fellow Marine Corps veterans after reuniting at a memorial service for a fallen brother—an experience that deeply influenced the company’s mission and culture.

Armed with a degree in Economics, Ryan is always on the lookout for ways to eliminate inefficiencies in the merchandising process and help our photographers maximize their productivity. He takes pride in keeping the company’s media output consistent, thorough, and professional.

For Ryan, mission accomplishment comes first—closely followed by supporting the team that drives it. He’s passionate about helping more dealerships AMP up their merchandising and reach new sales milestones, just as so many others have done through the team’s partnership.

When he’s not AMP’ing up our dealer clients, Ryan enjoys playing guitar, catching live concerts, and spending as much time outdoors as possible.

Born and raised in Central Ohio, Josh Reynolds has always had a deep connection to his roots—stepping away only during his service in the United States Marine Corps. After proudly serving his country, he transitioned into civilian life as a Master Generator Technician for Generac. While the role showcased his technical expertise, it couldn’t quite satisfy his lifelong passion for cars and all things in motion.

That passion began early. Josh’s first car—a 1991 Eagle Summit—was more than just a vehicle. It was freedom in a four-banger and the spark that ignited a lifelong love of anything with wheels.

In 2008, Josh pivoted into the automotive world by joining Autotrader.com as a Dealer Merchandising Specialist. It was there that he got a firsthand look at the energy, innovation, and excitement of the automotive industry. Though his time at Autotrader was brief, it sparked a lasting vision: to elevate automotive photography and bring top-tier digital merchandising practices to the mainstream.

That vision led to the next chapter—becoming a reseller for the Chroma Cars lineup of digital solutions and launching a mission to bring high-quality automotive media to the masses. In 2021, Josh rebranded the business to AMP – Automotive Marketing Professionals to better reflect its core purpose: to AMP UP clients’ inventory and visibility.

Today, Josh and the AMP team deliver best-in-class merchandising through high-impact photography, live-action video, and interactive 360° experiences. With a true passion for making every car, truck, and SUV stand out, AMP ensures each vehicle is showcased in a way that highlights its unique features and attracts serious buyers. As the market continues to evolve, Josh remains committed to pushing the boundaries of technology and adapting to clients’ needs—driving results and raising the bar for automotive media.

When he’s not AMP’ing up dealer clients, Josh enjoys quality time with his wife and their four children, spending summers at Lake Cumberland, Kentucky. In the fall and winter, you’ll find him passionately cheering on THE Ohio State Buckeyes and the Columbus Blue Jackets.

Cat Parker brings a vibrant energy and a detail-driven mindset to her role as Office Manager at AMP. Originally from Dayton, Ohio—known as the Funk music capital of the world—Cat moved to Columbus in 2011 and earned her Bachelor of Arts from “THE” Ohio State University in 2016.

At AMP, Cat is passionate about optimizing administrative processes and enhancing internal communication. She thrives on building organized systems and aligning them with AMP’s broader vision of success and expansion. Her commitment to excellence ensures that both the office and field operations are supported with precision and care, contributing to the company’s continued growth and the delivery of high-quality service to our dealership partners.

Outside the office, Cat enjoys spending time with her family, creating art and wellness products, hiking, and staying active through regular workouts.

First Car Story
Cat’s first car was a dark blue 2008 Mazda 3 affectionately named Seiji Ryosuke. After nine years of loyal service, the car met its fate in a dramatic T-bone accident with a Ford F-150. Though the driver-side door was deemed unrepairable and the vehicle was totaled, Cat continued to drive it for a while—true to her resourceful and resilient spirit.
